Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Method
We primarily ship orders via Kuroneko Yamato (Yamato Transport).
Note: Depending on destination, package size, or other conditions, we may use a different carrier at our discretion.

2. Shipping Fee
Orders totaling JPY 30,000 or more (tax included) qualify for free shipping.
For orders below JPY 30,000 (tax included), the shipping fee shown at checkout will apply.

3. Processing Time
Processing and shipping times may vary depending on stock availability.
If a lead time is stated on the product page, that information takes priority.

4. Address Issues / Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or prolonged absence, additional shipping fees for reshipment may be charged to the customer.
