【English】Return & Exchange Policy
This policy sets forth the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges at GO HYPE (“we,” “us,” or “our store”). Please review carefully before purchasing.
1. Returns/Exchanges for Customer Reasons
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons, including but not limited to:
- Differences in color appearance due to monitor/display settings
- Change of mind, incorrect order, or selecting the wrong size/specification
We also cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used (including installation), even once.
Please note that the cooling-off system does not apply to online/mail-order purchases.
2. Our Responsibility (Defect / Wrong Item Shipped)
If a significant defect not stated in the product description is found upon arrival, or if we shipped the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
We will assist only when the return is approved and the return shipment can be arranged within 3 days after approval.
- Please return the item following our instructions, freight collect (COD/collect on delivery).
- After the returned item arrives and is inspected, we will process your refund.
- Even when the issue is caused by our error, we generally handle matters by return & refund only.
- If an item different from your order was delivered, we will respond after we receive the returned item.
3. Return Shipping Cost
If the issue is caused by our mistake (damage, defect, wrong item shipped, etc.), we will cover the return shipping cost (freight collect).
We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons.
